Tom Cullberg – Chairs

Description

Tom Cullberg is a Swedish-born, South African-based artist who graduated from UCT’s Michaelis School of Fine Art in 1997. He has held 22 solo exhibitions globally and shown at institutions including MOCAA, Kulturhuset, and the Johannesburg Art Gallery. His work has featured at major fairs like Liste Basel, AKAA Paris, and Investec Cape Town Art Fair. Cullberg has received awards from the Swedish Royal Academy of Art and published two monographs: Record/Play (2020) and Local Stories (2022). His work is held in collections such as the Swedish Parliament, Spier Arts Trust, and Nando’s UK.
